The USC Institute for Creative Technologies (ICT) offers internship opportunities for students interested in careers in simulation, interactive media, and virtual reality fields. These internships are available for both undergraduate and graduate students and are conducted in collaboration with the Army Research Lab West (ARL West) and the National Science Foundation.

There are two main internship programs available:

  1. ICT’s REU Summer Intern Program (Undergraduate Students): This program is sponsored by the National Science Foundation and is a 10-week summer research program for undergraduates interested in interactive virtual experiences.
  2. ICT/ARL Summer Intern Program (Graduate and Undergraduate Students): This program is a collaboration between ICT and ARL West and offers interdisciplinary summer research opportunities for both graduate and undergraduate students.
